Press
Contracted pipe machine, pipe bending press, boring machine, hydraulic press, etc.to conduct bending and pressing to pipes.
Bike frame welding
We carry out TIG,MIG welding, ensuring flat and beautiful welding joints that can be better with further processing.
T4 Heating Treating
Put welded frame into T4 heat treatment furnace to make the material more plastic for ease of correcting.
Position correction
Making each parts of the bike frame at the right position to make sure that the frame must be matched with other parts of the bike.
T6 heat treatment
Carry out the secondary heat treatment so as to increase frame's hardness and ensure less prone to deformation.
