Q1. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: Any quantity order will be acceptable, but the container order like 20GP or 40HQ is recommended as the cost for container is more cost-effective than LCL order.
Q2. Can we have sample tires?
A: Yes, of course. But sample tires and freight will be charged.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: New customers: We do require a deposit of 30% prepayment with the balancey 70% paid via T/T against presentation of BL copy. Additionally 100% L/C at sight is acceptable as well.
Regular customers: Besides T/T & L/C, OA can be acceptable.
Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 15 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q6. What kind of currency do you accept?
A: USD, CNY, EUR, JPY, AUD, CAD, GBP are all acceptable
Q7. Do you have other products?
A: For racing tires, such as semi slick tires, slick tires and rally tires are our main products. 4X4 MT tires and normal car tires, truck tires or OTR tires are also supplied.
Q8: What is your warranty?
A:We are completely confident that our products have gone through the strictest standard in production, quality assurance and inspection. In the unlikely event of product failure, we will also take responsibility for it, with your help to provide some information.
