The belt fastener is formed by bolt, nuts, and connector. The materials of belt fastener are 19 MnB4, 10B21, 1035, C35K, Heat treatment, and St3s, Q235. The handheld part of the fastener is extruded in one-piece without groove, increasing the tensile strength of the fastener. We have diposed the surface with black finish and zinc plating. The fastener can be quickly installed with nails hidden to reduce wear to the roller. The fastener is suitable for 13-18mm and 15-20mm belts which have high strength of 2,500 KN/M.
