FEDEX / UPS / TNT / EMS who help us deliver goods quickly with more preferential price to lower
transport cost for our customers.
Transport lead time
Under normal circumstances, our products are proudly worldwide shipped with DHL / FEDEX / UPS /
TNT / EMS within 2 to 4 business days. Encountered with festivals, vacation or force majeure, the
transportation period may be a little longer.
Package and security
The merchandises are delivered in special safe container provided by DHL / FEDEX / UPS / TNT / EMS.
Furthermore, we usually put some protection bubbles inside the parcel to keep the bags steady,
waterproof and crush proof. You could track the shipment via the web or ways you wanted to check.

A: Usually quotation answer within 24 hours. If urgent pricing wanted, kindly call or email us,
will regard your inquiry priority.
Q. Can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: Sample to check works in my company. While there is sample fee required, which will be
fully refund when mass order placed.
Q.Can you do the design for us?
A: OEM order is warmly welcomed in my company. Kindly show me your special design. Our
professional experienced designing, manufacturing and QC team will do the best to meet
your designing in reasonable price.
Q.What is the sample and mass production time?
A: Sample time is around 5 work days when sample fee received and details approved.
Mass production time is normally around 10-15 working days when deposit received. May get little
delayed in summit seasons.
Q.What is your delivery terms ?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF, and etc. Or according to your shipment requirements.
