Pipe Beading Tool
For creating a retaining bead or flange on water and oil pipes for race cars, bikes and aircraft to prevent the hose from coming free.
It used to be necessary to buy expensive Parker Tools for each size tube or pipe. This superbly engineered and UK manufactured machine will form a perfect bead in 1.2mm aluminium or steel pipe from 1/2" to 4" internal diameter.
As the handle is cranked the pressure screw is turned to form a bead as the tube rotates. Beads can be created to your required depth in seconds. Alternative rolls are available to form beads down to 7.0mm id pipes. EN36 shafts run in DU bushes with thrust washers
